As a yoga teacher, I am a continual student; I love learning from fellow teachers and students wherever my travels take me.  My focus is to encourage participants to be curious as they explore the mind, breath and body connection and finding a little bit of joy in the process!  I hope to impart my love of yoga in a lighthearted way that honors everyone with whom I share a practice. When not practicing yoga, you can find me playing on Evergreen Lake with my SUP paddle board, hiking in the mountains, listening to live music, and generally enjoying the beautiful sunshine of Colorado.

I've been training people 1 on 1 and in groups or pairs since 2005. More than half of my clients have been over 60, while quite a few today are over 70, some well into their 70s (though they might not want me to say how "well," so we'll leave it at that). My mission has always been to start with where you are and slowly, sustainably work from there, whether it's lifting weights or eating to support your goals...in order to get you as fit for the task as you can and are willing to be. Based on every single person I've trained, you are probably stronger than you think, and your biggest obstacle is your own mind, thoughts and expectations. I can help you see through that."

As a MAT Specialist Practitioner, Kinesics Evaluator and Gymnastics coach my goal is to assist people in feeling better than they currently do, assist them in accomplishing the goals they set for themselves. Originally from North Carolina, Delain has been a resident of Colorado for the past 16 years, and a local Evergreen, CO resident for the past 5 years. Once a collegiate soccer player and long-time gymnast, Delain has always had a strong foundation in competitive training, optimum nutrition, and overall health and fitness. After college, Delain pursued her passion and obtained her personal training license and began to help people obtain their individual health and fitness goals. Fast forward to early 2019, Delain co-owned and pioneered a new franchise location in Denver of Burn Boot Camp, a NC based boutique fitness gym focused on body movement, resistance training, and HIIT style camps. The gym was co-ed and served people of all ages, but had a very special focus on women and mothers who wanted to gain fitness through improved strength, mobility, and muscular and cardiovascular endurance. As of August 2022, after 3 very challenging but rewarding years, Delain decided to sell Burn Boot Camp after successfully establishing a profitable membership base and supportive community. This exciting new season for Delain allows her to focus attention on the community of Evergreen and expand her training efforts to Nick's Pro Fitness where she will offer 1-on-1 training and small-group bootcamp style classes. Specializing in post-natal core strengthening, body conditioning, and strength training for women, Delain's style is strict on form, adaptive to ability, and supportive of personal intent. Her passion is to motivate clients to become the better versions of themselves that they know they can and want to be. In addition to her busy work schedule, Delain is a happy wife, mother of two wild and crazy kiddos, a successful Realtor, an active participant in the Evergreen community, and excited to help Nick's members achieve their nutrition, fitness, and health goals through a great fitness routine for today and beyond! Every person and every body is unique and this should factor into a personal training program. I’ve worked with all types of clients over the last 30 plus years and enjoy designing fitness programs to address the variety of goals and needs of the people I work with. My goal is to help my clients improve their strength, endurance, flexibility, cardiovascular conditioning and overall health. I want my clients to enjoy and look forward to working on their goals with me. I personally know what it takes to train hard for specific goals. I was successful in long distance endurance mountain bike racing including the Leadville MTB100 and the Bailey Hundo. I raced for about 6 years and had MANY podium finishes. Changing my body composition for a short stint in Body Building competition was also challenging and rewarding. Being very disciplined with weight training and nutrition was a huge requirement. Knowing what it takes to achieve personal goals carries over into my Personal Training career and in helping others achieve their fitness goals. It is my belief that we have to keep moving and continuously physically challenge ourselves in order to live healthy and satisfying lives “forever”. Let’s talk about your goals and plan for success!

Marda has been teaching yoga (Vinyasa, power and gentle, yoga for athletes, Restorative, therapeutic yoga and she created The Alignment Yoga Sculpt format) for the last fifteen years in Colorado. She teaches both group and private classes. Her private clients focus on pain and stress relief. Each class is customized to her clients goals. Her clients benefit from a truly therapeutic experience. Alignment Yoga Sculpt (AYS) is a combination of vinyasa yoga and low impact combination exercises that safely improves flexibility, mobility, stability, strength and everyday functional movement. Marda teaches yoga teachers how to teach this format through a certified Yoga Alliance online course. Marda is an author of several yoga teacher class planners, an activity and coloring book for girls (I am a Girl and I am a Warrior) and soon to be released: The Book of Vinyasa Flows, Volume 1 (for yoga teacher or home practitioner inspiration) Marda is known for her creative, thoughtful flow sequences and great music.

Aubrey has been doing Aerial yoga and fitness for 6 years and teaching for 3 years. She is also a certified barre instructor. She is a Colorado native from the Evergreen area, a mother of two, who loves fitness, hiking, music, and art.
