Working With the Best

Sarina was born and raised in Nederland, Colorado and landed in Evergreen in 2021. She is deeply passionate about her mountain community.
She received her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from University of Colorado, and a Bachelors in Health and Exercise Science with a Sports Medicine Concentration from Colorado State University. Between undergrad and PT school she spent time as a ski patroller/coach/bum.
Sarina has training in Functional Dry Needling, Blood Flow Restriction, Concussion and Vestibular management, Adolescent Sports Medicine, and Sport Psychology. She has significant experience treating high level patients from weekend warriors to professional athletes, including members of US Soccer, US Ski team, and the Denver Broncos.
She particularly loves working with mountain community members and athletes of all ages. She firmly believes that rehabilitation should be viewed as training with an injury.
Sarina identifies strongly as a mountain athlete. She is an avid alpine and backcountry skier, a mountain biker, ice hockey player, and river surfer. In her free time, she can be found enjoying the outdoors with her partner, Alexis, and their two dogs, Luna and Kanga.
